Do you have a store I can visit?
No. We are an appointment-only business. We do not have a retail storefront open to the public. This ensures privacy and security for all clients. Please contact us to schedule a consultation.
What items do you buy?
We primarily purchase precious metal bullion (gold, silver, platinum coins/bars) and scrap precious metals (broken gold jewelry, sterling silver flatware). We pay based on the metal weight and purity.
Do you buy diamonds or gemstones?
No. We are not gemologists. If you have jewelry with significant gemstone value, we will recommend you speak with a certified appraiser or auction house. We can only offer value for the metal content (the gold/platinum setting).
Are you a pawn shop? Do you offer loans?
No. We are strictly a consulting and optional direct-purchase business. We do not offer loans, pawns, or buy-back agreements.
How do you determine price?
Our offers are based on the current "Spot Price" of the metal (the global market rate), minus a small percentage to cover refining and business variation. We explain this calculation openly during your appointment.
What if I just want advice, not to sell?
That is perfectly fine. We offer consulting services to help you understand what you have. If you decide not to sell, there is no pressure.
